Going to See Jimbo

Me and Da Bomb are making plans to visit Jimbo. We will probably leave on Tuesday, June 13. I tried to talk Da Bomb into riding the Harley to DC but she chickened out. This trip means I am having to miss my Grand Canyon Harley trip so I will have to make plans for another good summer ride. Maybe the Black Hills and Sturgis up to a reunion for Da Bomb in Minnesota.

I am really glad school is out. The kids were getting to be real pains in the #"!@#. Kids don't seem to be as mature as they used to. I wonder if we are enabling them so much we have spoiled them beyond recovery. Even my baseball players are babies. Where did all the hard nosed athletes go?

I have recently developed an intense dislike for the GEICO Gecco. Yes, that annoying creature on the commercials. No matter what I am watching, I automatically switch the channel whenever that commercial comes on. I would like to smash him into a wet little green spot on the road way! I haven't disliked a commercial this much since that jerk Mr. Whipple was squeezing the Charmin!
